A community of educators empowering students to take climate action

Protecting Local Habitats

'Protecting Local Habitats' is a Young Citizens resource packed with activities introducing students to endangered species in Britain. It offers the opportunity to develop students' research skills as they focus on a species of their choice and the threats to its habitat. Students are then challenged to devise an action plan to reduce habitat loss in their local area.
