Oxfam and the Climate Coalition are asking students and teachers to join them and millions of supporters of the green heart campaign to call for action on climate change from MPs.
This resource includes information on the effects of climate change, how to plan your own green heart campaign and how you can organise a green heart hand over meeting with your MP.
