A community of educators empowering students to take climate action

Freedom to breathe

Clean air is vital to children's physical and mental development and ability to fulfil their potential. The Freedom to breathe teaching resources have been created by educational professionals in partnership with Blueair to help students in KS2 and KS3 understand:

  • the state of air quality in their cities,
  • the impact of air quality on their physical health, mental health and their ability to learn,
  • how they can claim their right to clean air by understanding what the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is.
