Budding poets, artists and photographers were invited to submit their creative work over the summer for publication in a new student-led collaborative anthology to give a voice to eco-conscious youth.
Planetary’s exclusive anthology is a partnership with the UK Schools Sustainability Network, supported by Global Action Plan, PPL PWR, Let’s Go Zero, Transform Our World, the ACE Working Group of YOUNGO and The National Education Union.
The anthology, ‘Words and Pictures for Your World’, is based around five categories aligning with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (the ‘SDGs’), and coincides with COP26 – the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place in Glasgow in November.
All secondary school students in the year groups 7-13 and international students of equivalent school years were invited to submit work.
You can now view the work submitted online and vote to give three young people the chance to visit the rewilded Knepp estate in Sussex.
Deadline to vote 5pm Friday 1st October!!
