The #HelloYellow lesson plan helps promote wellbeing by reminding students that mental health is not just about feeling bad, sad or ill, but also about how we cope and look after ourselves as well.
This is a 20-minute activity which will get your class up out of their seats, reflecting on their feelings and thinking about how they can bring a positive approach to different situations.
