A community of educators empowering students to take climate action

Nature and Me: A three-module series for KS2 & SEND

From connecting to nature, to learning about the science behind the ecological crisis, to becoming an agent of change, we believe that all pupils, regardless of their needs and abilities, should have access to outdoor and environmental education. The resources have been designed with SEND pupils in mind, reflecting pupils learning at Lower Key Stage 2 Level or equivalent.
