Thursday 24th March 2022, 4pm-5pm

Project Based Learning (PBL) is a teaching method in which “students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging, and complex question, problem, or challenge.”

This interactive Project Based Learning and Expeditionary Learning session is being hosted by Edge Foundation for all teachers and school staff.

Join the session to:

  • Understand what PBL and EL are
  • Understand the spectrum of practice in PBL
  • Draw on, and highlight examples of best practice in PBL pedagogy from the UK and USA. Highlighting an in depth example from XP School in Doncaster.
  • Start to think about how you could use PBL and EL techniques in the classroom and online to enthuse your students and teaching
  • Consider how we at Edge Future Learning can help you in your PBL journey
  • Opportunity for discussion and sharing practice around PBL and EL

Sign up and join online on Thursday 24th March at 4pm.

The session will not be recorded, to allow for open conversation.
