Irish Schools Sustainability Network
The ISSN was founded in March 2021 to provide a forum for teachers and students to work in partnership to accelerate climate action, address the loss of nature, and prioritise sustainability in the Irish Education System. As of May 2021 we have 14 schools involved in the network.
The ISSN hold network meetings every 3 weeks. Each school sends at least 1 member of staff and 2 student representatives to the network meetings.
Calling students and staff of Ireland: get in touch if you’d like your school to join!
Note: students should ask a teacher to get in touch on their behalf or use a school email address copying in a teacher
