We are currently running a supported, fully funded programme for secondary schools in the North East of England, South Yorkshire, the Midlands and South Wales, in partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund.

Your school will be supported by an experienced Community Engagement Lead, who will work alongside a Lead Teacher in your school to deliver the programme as an extra-curricular opportunity during a term and time of your choice.
Together, you will guide a group of students at your school through the Good Life Schools changemaking process:

We know that interest in creating more connected and values-led school communities where young people can live happy, healthy and sustainable lives goes far beyond our currently supported regions. If your school is outside of the North East, South Yorkshire, the Midlands, or South Wales, we’d still love to hear from you. There are still plenty of ways to get involved in the Good Life Schools programme and join a growing national network of changemakers.
Our team are working hard to develop a Good Life Schools programme that you can deliver independently at your school. While our self-directed offer isn’t quite ready yet, here’s how you can stay connected and be the first to know when it is:
If you’re part of a local authority or multi-academy trust working with a cluster of schools, we’d love to explore a partnership approach to bring the Good Life Schools programme to your area. Find out more about our partners.
Thanks to National Lottery players, Global Action Plan received over £1.1m from The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest community funder in the UK, supporting the Good Life Schools project.
