Teaching and Learning Resource Pack
The Clean Air for Schools teaching and learning resource pack is a collection of 7 lesson plans that are designed to be cross curricular and flexible, allowing you the opportunity to delve deeper into the mathematics, language and science aspects of learning about air pollution in your school.
This pack will help students develop long-lasting behaviours, enabling them to reduce both their exposure and contribution to air pollution. Through explorations and investigations into air pollution and air quality, this pack of teaching and learning resources aims to help students see a real purpose in developing mathematical and scientific competence, as well as language and literary fluency, so that they can participate fully as a member of society and as a global citizen.
Through fact, figures, stories and evidence shared in this resource pack, students will come to understand the connection between air pollution, health and environmental issues.
