Session for secondary schools
Plastfree is a UK feminine hygiene brand with a vision to make plastic-free, organic period products affordable & accessible to all and raise awareness about plastic pollution. It all started when Abi & Anushka watched a documentary on the BBC that showed how Laysan Albatrosses birds were affected by plastic pollution. Regular managed recycling of their own household waste seemed insufficient in comparison to their eagerness to preserve nature. Two years of research and development materialised the concept of Plastfree - realising "Plastic has no place in periods."
