Daniela Arroyo Olson is the CEO and co-founder of Ecofye. She holds a BSc in Management with Sustainability and an MSc in Climate Change and Finance & a course on Machine Learning for Decision Making at Imperial College London. She has a strong academic and professional background in sustainability and social development.

In 2017 she oversaw a large construction project to rehabilitate a rural and indigenous area of Mexico that has been devastated by the 2017 earthquake. She fundraised $500,000 and coordinated a plan for the construction of 70 houses for vulnerable social groups in the area. This project granted her the nomination of an outstanding candidate at the United Nations Youth Assembly in 2018.

In 2019 Daniela won Lamborghini's Future FAB Award in the sustainability category for Ecofye’s platform, which focuses on delivering accessible sustainability solutions to companies. Soon after co-founding Ecofye, Daniela was granted an entrepreneurship visa by Imperial College London and a grant from Innovate UK to further develop and grow Ecofye.

Along with her co-founder Tiago, Ecofye has achieved other milestones such as becoming a B Corp leader and being selected as one of the best sustainability startups to work and do business within the UK. Daniela enjoys visiting the sea and skating around the London parks during sunny days.

Kit Vaughan is the Senior Climate Change adviser at Save the Children UK. Kit has over 20 years of experience in international development, social justice, and the natural environment. His work has focused on climate change and specifically adaptation, loss and damage, and a just transition. He previously set up and lead the WWF Adaptation and climate impacts team establishing the work programme "Towards a climate-smart WWF" and was also director of the CARE climate and environment programme for eight years, working closely with CARE members, country offices and partners on community-based adaptation, DRR, loss and damage, nutrition and agriculture, climate finance and gender. He has also worked for a range of UN agencies including IFAD and the UNFCCC and also private sector organisations. He has attended 10 UNFCCC COPs and numerous intersessions focussing on climate adaptation and finance issues and is an IPCC WG 2 reviewer.

Kit has lived and worked in over 15 countries with over 14 years working in Zimbabwe, Namibia and southern Africa, Bangladesh, and Nepal. He spent four years living happily in a tent in northwest Namibia's skeleton coast working with Herero and Damara communities on the issue of land rights, social justice, and environmental change. He is a father to two young boys Arran 7 and Alfred 9 and lives in Dorset on a low impact and off grid woodland smallholding where he keeps chickens, guinea pigs, sheep and two working Cob horses. He is passionate about climate justice and the opportunities for youth and children. At Save the Children he works on supporting a range of priorities including the Green Climate Fund and other climate and environment programme opportunities, the Save Climate and Environment Taskforce, as well as strategy and policy development and private sector and business outreach. 

Hannah Lindsell is a Coach and addiction specialist with a career spanning over 20 years in drugs, alcohol, tobacco and homelessness.

She has expertise of operational and strategic delivery within the substance misuse sector with a focus on evidence-based interventions providing best Value for Money. As an executive coach Hannah supports women to consider their career options.

She recently left the Civil service to pursue entrepreneurship and juggles career coaching, supporting businesses around menopause, substance misuse consultancy…and selling her (unloved) clothes on Vinted!

Ben Burton is a Housing Development Manager who specialises in low carbon construction. He previously worked at City of York Council, helping set up their Zero Carbon Homes agenda. These projects combined are the largest zero carbon homes programme in the country and are part of the UN's Centre for Excellence. The homes utilise Passivhaus construction methods to minimise the amount of energy needed to operate, as well as solar pv and other technologies. He also has a focus on embodied carbon, which is the total lifetime carbon used in construction. The homes are timber framed which acts as a carbon store helping further reduce their footprint. Ben has recently joined Place Capital Group, supporting and advising other housing developers with their ambitions. 

In addition to new homes Ben also works on retrofit of existing homes to reduce the amount of carbon they emit. The government has a goal of all homes reaching EPC C by 2035, so this is a major area where new talent and ideas are needed.

Outside of the council Ben is a volunteer Speaker with Greenpeace and Chair of York Labour's Housing Policy Forum, helping set their agenda for carbon reduction.

Luke Gasan has a dual role at Forest Green Rovers. He is both an Academy Coach as well as a Community Coach and he has been in his role in the Academy for 12 months and Community role for 3 months.

His Community role sees him planning and hosting school events such as Soccer Camps during half terms as well as ‘Fit2Last’ where KS1 & KS2 students are invited to the Fully Charged New Lawn, the home of FGR, to take part in activities around sustainability and how to be more ‘green’. They also deliver PE, PSHE, Social Action and English projects in their local schools trying to get children more active, get more girls interested and active with football as well as upskilling Teachers to become more confident to deliver PE lessons.
