Week 1: Food, Farming & Forests
1st- 7th February
This week our #Ecolockdown challenge is:
Go meat free for one day
Reducing the amount of meat we eat is good for the planet. Ask your class to choose one day this week to eat vegetarian or, If they are already a vegetarian, they could try eating vegan for a day.
We want to hear from you about your student's meat free day! Ask them to share a picture of their yummy meal or tell us their favourite vegetarian or vegan recipe using #EcoLockdown on social media.
Below are some sessions from our Youth Climate Summit that you can watch with your class to help them learn more about food, farming and forests.
You can also explore the full library of all the Youth Climate Summit sessions here.
